By booking DJEyeHook services, you agree to the following:

1. Booking Confirmation – A booking is only confirmed once an initial deposit has been received.
2. Non-Refundable Deposit – All deposits are final and non-refundable.
3. Performance Schedule – DJEyeHook will arrive and perform within the agreed timeframe as specified in the contract.
4. Client Responsibilities – Clients must provide accurate event details and ensure that performance equipment needs (sound system, stage space, etc.) are available, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Payment – Final payment must be made prior to or on the day of the event.
6. Liability – DJEyeHook is not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, technical failures, or venue restrictions.
7. Rights Reserved – DJEyeHook reserves the right to refuse service if terms are violated.
